Refund policy
Our products are bespoke and produced to meet the customers specific requirements. Please check carefully when ordering that the image, size, material, fittings and any custom text and colours etc are what you require.
Refunds cannot be given where the customer changes their mind or decides that they do not like what they have chosen.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect then we shall replace the product at no cost to the customer.
If the packaging has been damaged during shipping then please do not accept the product from the courier and notify us of the issue. We shall work with the courier to rectify the issue and if necessary produce and ship a new product.
If the package has been accepted but the product is found to be damaged on opening please contact us with your order information and photos of the damage so we can look to rectify the problem.
