- You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes. You are not allowed to modify, copy or take any content from the website without our written consent. This applies to images, information, and code. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.
- When using our Services, you must not post or send to or from this website any material for which you have not obtained all necessary consents. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions for images or artwork that you upload to our site. The Intellectual Property of all images and other assets remain the property of the licensor, artist or creator and are not transferred to the Customer.
- You must not use our services to create material that is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability or otherwise is contrary to the law in the United Kingdom.
Appearance of Artwork
There will always be some differences in how images look on a device screen as opposed to when they are printed. Computer screens, phones and tablets display colours using RGB format whereas printing uses the CMYK colour format.
When enlarging an image, it is possible that the image will become pixelated if the original image is too low resolution. Our website may give you a warning if it thinks that this is the case. Our team also check images before production and may contact you if we are concerned that the product is not what you might expect.
Installation
Where we supply items to be used when hanging the artwork, the customer must ensure that guidelines are followed or use a professional installer. Every wall is different and it is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the fixing is secure and suitable. We do not accept any liability for items that fall or cause injury. The Customer is responsible for any damage caused by the item.
Defects
Please check your items immediately upon receipt. Any damaged goods must be notified to us within 5 days of receipt. Please supply photos of the damage.Payment
Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments service. We do not hold any payment or card information on our website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and the use of our website and Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.Our Customer Promise
